We meet with parents to understand the student’s strengths, needs, and learning profile.
3 — Fit Discussion
Together we determine whether Heartwood is an appropriate match.
4 — Founding Enrollment Invitation
Selected families will be invited to join Heartwood’s initial student community as enrollment opens.
*We operate on a rolling admissions basis; however, placement is subject to availability and space cannot be guaranteed.
